Scapes

Scapes - any type land, river or sea is something I want to spend some time experimenting with. I am getting much closer to getting my idea of what I want down on paper and now I have upcoming exhibition commitments ready I have time to play.

  1. Just see how versatile you are. What lovely 'Scapes'. And isn't it fun to do something different

  2. Both wonderful "Scapes" Lorraine, and I especially like the long "landscape" format.

  3. Dear Lorraine, you have a special talent for the animals ... the young Australian as Mom & son elephant, made a beautiful valuable series "animalier". So environment around you is always a source of works full of light and motion ,the same verve as your paintings that have collage pieces inside.
It 'nice to follow your art work , here and in the newsletter, on Facebook to see the results of your artistic passion in real time!

  9. Oh these are just lovely!!! It is good to be home and finally catch up on what I missed while I was gone. Glad to hear it was just a "scare" with your mom and that she is home again!

  10. Both of these are so nice. I still can't master landscapes at all - guess I don't put in the time with enough practice but that's just an excuse.

  11. Lorraine - your work always is so amazing. Whether you are painting animals, flowers,or a series of still lives it all comes together so well and now with your landscapes I can see a new side of you. These are both beautiful. Hope you are having a wonderful Australian spring day. Thank you too for visiting me as well - hugs!
